Support the planning and implementation of in-store client events and animations in North America
Support the development of seasonal event toolkits to facilitate in-store implementation; partner with Creative Services, Visual Merchandising and Marketing to develop events collateral
Track and compile events results; help prepare recaps with key successes/learnings
Support the development of monthly clienteling toolkits for Coach Journey, the store digital training platform, to help animate and drive in-store clienteling
Support the day-to-day usage of the in-store digital clienteling platform; field store questions, open help desk tickets, partner with IT on resolving issues
Manage the in-store clienteling collateral (thank you and special occasion cards, RTW look books, etc.) as well as in-store client amenities and gifts
Track and maintain the budget for client events, collateral and gifting; ensure that we stay within allotted envelopes
Work as a valuable member of the team and support on-going North America client development projects and initiatives
The accomplished individual will possess...
Bachelor degree in Fashion or Marketing/Communications preferred
Minimum 2-3 years professional experience working in marketing or events
Retail background a plus
Exceptional attention to detail and excellent multi-tasking skills
Good communication skills
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Strong teamwork abilities
High degree in proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Microsoft Office
