Associate Litigation Attorney - Insurance Defense (Florida)

Derrevere Stevens Black & Cozad, a prestigious law firm with offices in Florida, is currently seeking a talented attorney to join our Third-Party Defense Practice Group. This position offers the flexibility of remote work and promises a vibrant and enjoyable work environment.

As an attorney with our firm, you will have the exciting opportunity to handle a variety of tasks, including intake, review, actively handling all aspects of discovery, mediation, and trial.

Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of two years' experience in drafting legal motions, preparing for court proceedings and depositions, and communicating effectively with clients and opposing counsel. A valid Florida Bar license is required, and previous experience in insurance defense litigation is highly desirable.
