Associate Level Therapist - Part Time Or Full Time

Responsibilities

Foundations San Francisco Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is looking for a dynamic and talented part/full-time licensed or associate level therapist to run daytime in person and/or evening virtual groups. Located in the heart of the Embarcadero district, Foundations San Francisco offers comprehensive, integrated outpatient treatment in a convenient urban setting. Flexible daytime and evening programs address addiction and mental health issues in a supportive atmosphere.

The therapist will run groups, facilitate individual sessions, and complete assessments with addiction, mental health issues, and co-occurring diagnoses and within a dynamic treatment team. The program offers an integrative and holistic approach with group/individual/family therapy, yoga therapy, massage therapy, and medication management that can be an exciting opportunity to learn and implement various client centered therapeutic modalities to best work with individuals in recovery. Our clinicians are passionate and dedicated to offering compassionate care and their work reflects this.

We are looking for a part/full-time associate/licensed therapist to join our dynamic team. This is an hourly (for part-time) and salary (for full-time) and flexible position with day hours starting at 9 AM and/or evening hours going until 8:30 PM.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities include:

• Conducts individual and group therapy sessions with Intensive Outpatient Program IOP clients.

• Conducts couples therapy and family therapy

• Responsible for Client Case Management

• Computer literate

Education and Experience

• Master's or doctorate degree in psychology, social work, or related field required.

• Licensed or registered as an associate in the state of California

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in mental health and substance abuse field required

• Experience running groups is required.
