In the role as Senior Associate Lead HR you will work closely with the Senior Unit Manager, Diversity & Inclusion to ensure full adherence to Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Affirmative Action (AA) and the Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) programs. You will assist with development of AA plans.

Location for this position is based in Plano TX. This position may require travel and/or relocation.

Some Responsibilities include:

  • Partners with Diversity and Inclusion Manager regarding the U.S. diversity plans and initiatives

  • Assists with the development of affirmative action plans

  • Works with HR Delivery and Diversity Teams in India to ensure adherence to affirmative action and diversity project calendar deadlines

  • Prepares reports, presentations and statistical charts and documents

  • Keeps abreast of regulatory changes and emerging issues impacting affirmative action and compliance

  • Monitors training and other reporting systems to measure the effectiveness of the training and diversity program 's progress

  • Partners with employee resource groups (ERGs) and manages diversity programs such as mentoring, ERG events and webinars

  • Monitors metrics, dashboards and employee workforce data analytics

  • Partners with BPHRs to ensure diversity programs and initiatives are aligned to business objectives

  • Prepares communications and partners with HR communication team

  • Assists in workforce audits in the U.S. and RFP/RFI responses



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent from required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive work experience in lieu of every year of education.

  • At least 3 years of work experience including corporate HR programs.


  • Strong data analytical skills at the intermediate to advance level

  • Proficiency in Microsoft office with good excel skills

  • Good communication skills in both written and verbal

  • Client facing consulting role with emphasis on workforce data analytics and corporate HR programs

  • U.S State and Federal laws and regulations

  • Project manage various projects and tasks

  • Research, interpret and apply laws pertaining to the affirmative action/ equal employment opportunity.

  • Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.

Works with various technical teams in the Information Systems following established processes.</strong><br /> <strong>2. Acts as a subject matter expert in the areas of Building Automation Systems (BAS) area of technical expertise, contributing to high level architecture, design and development and making recommendations for improved system performance and more effective use of technology.</strong><br /> <strong>3. Responsible for project management that may include: project planning, deliverable tracking, budget tracking, vendor management, and project reporting to technical and business management.</strong><br /> <strong>4. Works with business analysts and business user communities to understand business requirements.</strong><br /> <strong>5. Performs analysis and documentation for system design as well as on-going documentation of development.</strong><br /> <strong>6. Performs testing of applications and performs bug fixes, working with testers and users to insure quality and proper application functionality.</strong><br /> <strong>7. Provides technical support, working with technical team members and with business users as required to provide troubleshooting and solutions to technical issues.</strong><br /> <strong>8. Attends meetings with technical and business management to report project status and conveys top-down communications and directives to technical team.</strong><br /> <strong>9. Creates user-end documentation and may be involved in user training.</strong><br /> <strong>10. Must be capable of dealing with internal customers as well as vendors in order to coordinate installations and application deployment.</strong><br /> <strong>11. Maintain all equipment and facilities in good working order. Troubleshoot, diagnose issues and report issues to vendors for repairs to equipment according to established procedures.</strong><br /> <strong>12. Communicate issues and provide feedback to the Facility Support Manager regarding maintenance issues, facility/equipment faults.</strong><br /> <strong>13. Utilize maintenance work order system to complete incidents, close completed tickets, enter resolutions and update according to company policies and procedures.</strong><br /> <strong>14. Complete assigned work by required deadline. Respond to high priority issues according to guidelines.</strong><br /> <strong>15.
