Responsibilities
The Laboratory Technician is an experienced member of the R&D team responsible for supporting activities in the in-vitro or system verification and validation labs. Working closely with other R&D team members, the Laboratory Technician will assist in preparing test samples for in-vitro testing.
Perform dry runs, testing, and data collection for process and equipment verification and validation.
Assist with development of lab procedures and processes under close supervision.
Perform preventive maintenance per established procedures.
Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
Maintain compliance with Quality System procedures and company policies

Qualifications
Ability to utilize in-vitro laboratory equipment (SEM, titrator, spectrophotometer, balances, etc.)
Basic knowledge of dental physiology. Proficient in the use of basic equipment and tools typically found in a clinical laboratory.
Dental assistant experience preferred.
Capable of completing tasks requiring a high degree of manual dexterity.
Ability to deliver excellent attention to detail and quality of work.
Ability to read and follow verbal and written instructions.
Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
High school diploma required
Some applicable technical school or college coursework preferred
Minimum of 2-4 years of related experience.
Physical Requirements
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other
federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone
Compensation
We pay competitively. Base hourly rate range is $21.00 - $28.50.
