In this role, you will:

• Execute audit activities and project roles under direction of lead auditors.

• Exercise initiative and judgment in executing audit procedures.

• Contribute to risk assessments with supervision / guidance.

• Demonstrate basic project management skills regarding engagement notification, task assignments and monitoring, interim performance evaluation, and time management.

• Recognize issues, problems or opportunities and determines whether action is needed.

• Provide clear, sufficient and well-written evidence to support work, issues and recommendations.

• Cultivate positive relationships with stakeholders and proactively builds effective working relationships with employees.

• Identify and recommends improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of audit processes such as test approaches and tools to use during the course of testing.

• Proactively seeks and embraces formal and informal peer and upward coaching opportunities.

In one of our professional roles, you'll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with a major or minor in Accounting, Finance or related field.

• 1+ years of public accounting and/or private industry audit experience with knowledge of accounting, finance and internal control areas.

• Self-motivated with ability to work independently. Demonstrates initiative, innovation and drive for results.

• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Have excellent follow-up and follow-through skills.

• Detail oriented and demonstrates understanding and application of various techniques to identify the root cause of a problem.

• Handles difficult situations with diplomacy and tact and uses indirect influence to build consensus and support.

• Dedication to team work and leadership.

• Integrity within professional environment.

• Communicates professionally in all forms, with the ability to effectively present to peers and management.

• Ability to travel ~10%, both domestic and international.

• Fluent in the English language.
