Opportunity

We are seeking a Middle Office/Operations Associate. This individual will be responsible for providing operational trade support on various products which includes Trade Processing, Settlements, P&S and New Accounts. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and should be comfortable working independently as well as in a fast-paced team-oriented environment. This position is located in New York. Duties Include

• Client Onboarding

• Trade Processing

• Trade Reconciliation

• Trade Settlement

• Trade Reporting

• Soft Dollar Reconciliation

• Options and Special Trading Client invoicing and collection

• System Data Maintenance

• Real-Time Requests

Job Requirements

• Capability to prioritize and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Highly organized individual with attention to detail and excellent follow-through skills

• Ability to balance tactical and strategic thinking

• Proactive, self-motivated individual with high levels of ownership, and driven to achieve

• Must be able to take direction and multitask during the trading day

• Bachelor's Degree

• Knowledge of Fidessa, Bloomberg and third party clearing a plus but not required

• 1-2 years of relevant experience is helpful but not required

Expected Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000; at time of offer actual base salary will determined by an individual's experience level and qualifications
