Under limited direction, usesspecialized knowledge and skills obtained through education and experience towork directly with the Institutional Sales team to assist with the generationof new business and increase sales efforts. Assist the External Wholesalersin all aspects of the sales process, including researching public planportfolios, sourcing opportunities, appointment scheduling, follow-upcommunications, client service activities and preparing for finalpresentations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assists in all aspects of the Institutional sales process.
Assists in the creation of client proposals, investment policystatements, and eVestment reports.
Perform competitive analysis ahead of prospect meetings.
Maintain an updated sales pipeline.
Maintain an efficient CRM database to assist with the distributionefforts.
Support Sales Reporting for Management.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

The Institutional investment landscape.

Follow-up to ensure resolution and completion of tasks.
Using multiple different databases including but not limited to;eVestment, FinSearches, and Money Market Directories (MMD).
Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Use appropriate interpersonal styles and communicate effectivelyand professionally, both orally and in writing, with internal and externalclient's at all organizational levels, and with all levels of expertise in thesecurities industry, to accomplish objectives.
Work on projects across a multitude of departments including butnot limited to; Executive Management, Portfolio Managers, PortfolioSpecialists, Client Portfolio Managers, and Marketing etc.
Effectively address concerns or challenging questions when theyarise.
Effectively market Carillon Tower Advisers, and our affiliates,and show resilience through the prospecting process.
Work independently as well as collaboratively within a teamenvironment.
Take on responsibilities beyond what is required; volunteers totake on new assignments.
Exhibittendencies to be a self-starter and not wait for signals.
Demonstrate high self-confidence.
SIE required provided that an exemption or grandfathering cannotbe applied.
Series 7 License and Series 63 to be obtained within six (6)months
Progress or interest in pursuing the CFA Designation is a plus
