This position works independently with minimal guides to solve complex problems and takes a new perspective using existing solutions. This position contributes to the completion of specific programs and projects and represents the organization in providing solutions to difficult technical issues associated with specific projects. Failure to obtain results or erroneous decisions or recommendations would typically result in serious program delays and considerable expenditure of resources.
Assist in the management and distribution of workload.
Identify opportunities for process stabilization and streamlining.
Provide in person updates to key stakeholders include business and IT leadership.
Provide executive escalation support and reporting.
Define business purpose of effective permissions.
Manage metric generation and maintenance.
Conduct IARs by performing key functions around execution, scheduling, analysis and/or quality assurance work.
Perform the translation of technical jargon to "Non-IT" leadership.
Maintain document retention and stakeholder communication systems (ex. SharePoint).
High School diploma or GED required.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to communicate with internal/external entities and executives a must.
Effective leadership skills, demonstrated ability to coordinate people and teams to project/activity completion and the ability to work in a team environment, sharing workloads and responsibilities.
Customer service-oriented Ability to work in a flexible environment where requirements and procedures continuously evolve.
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
Must be able to weigh business needs against security concerns and articulate issues and options to management.
Effective scripting and automation experience preferred.
Application design with specialization in authentication and authorization design preferred.
Application development experience (focus on authentication) or X.500 design and planning preferred.
IT Security Certification in information security (CISSP, CISM, or equivalent) preferred.
