Associate In-House Counsel

Our Legal Department in Latham is hiring a full-time Associate In-House Counsel to join their team! The hours are Monday

• Friday; 9:00am

• 5:00pm.

Responsibilities:

• review and draft proposed contracts, assist in the negotiation of contracts, and ensure that contracts meet business and legal objectives;
• provide legal advice with respect to corporate governance and administration;
• assist in preparing and reviewing corporate documents including bylaws, minutes, resolutions, policies, procedures, and forms;
• provide legal guidance and support for various practice activities and issues;
• support CCP TASS risk management activities by anticipating and guarding against legal risks to Community Care Physicians, PLLC;
• monitor pertinent legislative and regulatory developments;
• educate board, management, health care providers, and other staff when necessary;
• assist in overseeing outside counsel; and
• assist in handling complex legal matters, business transactions, or other projects as assigned.

Annual salary range: $125,000 - $187,500
