Connecture is seeking an Associate Implementation Coordinator who will provide support to the members of the implementation team. You will ensure accurate and timely implementation of software and carrier data by utilizing strong data entry, communication and organizational skills.
What your impact will be:
Provide quality assurance on enrollment forms built for clients, test data flows, data mapping, check rates against PDF files, etc.
Perform quality assurance testing of site configurations and client data
Assist with fulfillment tasks such as responding to client team's enrollment or data questions, print out, file and mail enrollment forms, etc.
Create and maintain documentation of current and future processes, develop testing cases and testing scripts
Coordinate continuous implementation support
Communicate effectively with internal teams to provide product support and issue resolution
Work as a team in a fast-paced environment
Perform data entry of client data
What we are looking for:
Associates, BA or BS Degree
Up to 2 year's equivalent work experience
Time Management skills
Communication skills, both verbal and written
MS Office Suite
HTML knowledge preferred
What will make you stand out:
Google Analytics knowledge preferred
Audit/QA experience is preferred
