essential duties and responsibilities

client & service expert:

achieves individual sales goals

develops strong product knowledge across all categories

the sales associate is responsible for ensuring exemplary customer service by delivering the ultimate kate spade experience

able to develop a personal clientele through effective use of the selling skills, proactive client outreach and use of client book

building brand equity:

understand and communicate the kate spade aesthetic, brand philosophy and lifestyle to the customer

demonstrate interest and ability to work as part of a team

operational excellence:

execute operational tasks as per company directives

accurately processes all pos transactions

adhere to and apply visual directives, ensure that store standards are executed daily

physical requirements:

available to work store schedule, as needed, including evenings and weekends

standing for extended periods of time

able to safely lift boxes up to 40 pounds

comfortable climbing ladders

skills and abilities required:

professional selling skills and exceptional interpersonal skills

prior luxury goods experience preferred

Manages and ensures success of multiple programs and will work closely with Leaders and project managers to drive execution of new and existing programs, ensure alignment of strategic goals, assess program performance and determine new programs. Ongoing program support includes, but not limited to; special projects, connection with institutes regarding ongoing communication to patients, online scheduling expansion, disaster planning, epic work stream optimization, and planning for ongoing technology enhancements. Responsibilities: * Develops, implements, manages and maintains operational systems and activities. * Serves as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community. * Manages multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines. * Allocates time to meet completion requirements. * Serves as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department. * Reviews and monitors adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures. * Other duties as assigned. Education: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field. * Master's degree preferred. Certifications: * May be required for specific positions as per policy or regulation. Complexity of Work: * Requires demonstrated team, leadership, organizational, financial management and problem solving skills. * Strong presentation, communication and training skills required for most positions.
