Job Description
An Associate HR Data Management Representative supports the daily operations of the HR Data Management team through data validation and processing transactions in our HR system, myExperience (Oracle HCM Cloud). They will participate in regular validation of position requests and salary changes for a small population. In addition, they will support with the manual entry of new hires and position requests received via Service Request tickets. Associate HR Data Management Representatives also assist with ad hoc projects, such as data audits, and position validation coverage for team members.

Job Qualification
High School Diploma required, Associate's Degree or equivalent preferred
