What You Will Do
As an Associate with Ascension, you will have the opportunity to supervise associate health and wellness activities, workflow and staffing resources within designated regional ministry markets.
Collaborates with and provides regulatory and accreditation requirements to ministry governance committees as needed.
Conducts hiring, training, directing, development and evaluation of staff.
Monitors expenditures, submits purchases and other actions to ensure compliance with budget guidelines within assigned region.
Implements strategic plan for associate health delivery to achieve measurable outcomes related to clinical quality, efficiency and regulatory requirements. Serves as a ministry resource for associate health issues.
Collaborates with the workers compensation specialist to provide assistance with ongoing programs regarding accommodated duty, restricted duty, disability leave, return to work and associate safety.
Responsible for the local oversight of the record keeping and reporting processes as well as any system platforms used to store associate health records.
What You Will Need
High School Education or equivalent required.
Associate's degree or Technical degree in a related field, or combination of High School degree and related experience preferred.
1 Year Required Technical Experience.
Occupational Health Experience Preferred.
1-2 Years Preferred Leadership/Mgmt Experience.
