Should have around 7+ years of experience in Cloud specially in Azure and Hybrid Infra Support 3+ years of demonstrated experience and worked in Large Hybrid Cloud Environment Will be responsible for

• Handling Azure related issues

• Having experience on Various Azure Services.

• Hybrid Cloud management and troubleshooting.

• Being a part of Cloud support team to handle Users query and proving them Solution for Azure related issues Having well versed with Python and Boto3 - Writing shell scripts to accomplish Automation (1.) To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue (2.) To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time (3.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (4.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts (5.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases
