EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES University degree or equivalent work experience Required:o Expert knowledge in SCCM version widely deployed in the market and still currento Thorough understanding of hardware and software inventory and workflow.o Must have good understanding of GPO and AD.o Basic knowledge of SCCM reporting.o Basic knowledge of SQL Desired:o Knowledge of networking conceptso Client patch managemento Packagingo Powershell scripting Open to work in 16X5 support shifts and on-call support during off-business hours Willingness to learn new skills and technologies. Ability to make quick decisions, assume leadership without supervision, able to assume a role of authority as necessary.

Ability to think independently and find solutions to complex issues through different sources A keen eye for detail and a result driven approach Effective analysis: Ability to listen, analyze and summarize. Ability to work in stressful situations.

Conflict management skills is a plus. Customer and team-work oriented. Outstanding communication skills.

Excellent English written and oral communication skillsWORK EXPERIENCE Around 5 years of Experience in IT with minimum 3 years in software deployment Experience in working in a large organization with globally distributed personnel, functions and operations. Software industry experience strongly preferred. (1.) To ensure upskillor creation of resources through internal academiesor trainings and growth rotation (2.) To provide Pre Sales Support (RFP Response, Solution Defense, Customer Presentation) and Transition or transformation escalated support (3.) Chartwell Law has an opening for an associate in the general liability defense practice located in our Philadelphia office. Experience working in state and federal courts with respect to general liability and, in particular, premises liability is preferred. Applicants should have exceptional writing, research and litigation skills.
