Understand the existing CyberArk implementation architecture & design

Discovery of the existing CyberArk environment:

Integrations

Customizations

Onboarded systems, roles, etc. mapped from AD

Contribute to the design of new identity infrastructure considering existing CyberArk will be migrated to the new Entra ID infra once it is ready

Creating and implementing strategies for managing privileged access, designing solutions, and ensuring the secure storage and retrieval of sensitive credentials.

Apply in-depth knowledge of CyberArk products, including the Enterprise Password Vault, Privileged Session Manager, AAM, EPM and other related PAM modules to analyze Fiserv s environment.

Oversee configuration, and integration of CyberArk components to safeguard critical systems and data.

Develop and enforce security policies, access controls, and privileged access management procedures to mitigate risks.

Identify vulnerabilities and potential threats and suggest measures to protect against unauthorized access.

Ensure that CyberArk solutions are up-to-date and providing support for system upgrades and maintenance.

Resolve technical issues and provide expert guidance to address security challenges.

If required, integrate various platforms with CyberArk such as Windows, UNIX, Databases, and network devices, SSH Keys, SAP etc.

Create and manage Safes, platforms, and owners. (1.) Provides guidance on how his area of capability can resolve an organizational need and actively participates in all phases of the solution life cycle. Design Solutions and best practices to meet clients objective. (2.) Work with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables by refining, analyzing, and structuring relevant data (3.) Depending on the work environment, the subject matter expert may lead or be an active participant of a work-group with the need for specialized knowledge. (4.) Meet all agreed-upon turnaround times for deliverables, deliverable reviews, or deliverable sign-off (5.) Understands, articulates and implements best practices related to his area of expertise.
