Good understanding of SDLC Processes and all the ALM phases. Executing projects with End-To-End Software Development Lifecycle using an Agile or Waterfall Methodology, including Software Source Control, Defect Tracking, Testing, Requirements Management.

Extensive hands-on experience on developing Polarion customizations such as workflow automations, trigger scripts, custom LiveReports development, macros development, etc. Extensive hands-on experience on Core Java and REST APIs based integrations development. Good understanding of any of the major ALM tools such as Siemens Polarion as an End User, Power User (configurator) and Customizations development.

Basic understanding of OSLC APIs & OSLC based integrations Applying SDK/APIs understanding to developing integrations and plugins around ALM tools. Technical ownership of ALM end-to-end solution. Building and implementing solutions with ALM tools with latest Industry trends and best practices Interact closely with business users and extract the business requirements based on their pain areas and convert it into Data Model.

Leading and conducting trainings. Conduct UATs and CRPs (intermediate demos to customer)Applying ALM Solution in Automotive/ Aerospace/ Medical Devices / Industrial / Hi-tech / Retail Industry (1.) To provide technical support for new business Business Development (2.) To work closely with Solution Architect and Process consultant to define PLM solutions for identified use casesorscenarios (3.) To customize, configure and perform unit testing of PLMorCAD systems. (4.) To design PLM Systems like Teamcenter, Enovia, Windchill, Aras, Agile, NX, Catia, Creo Etc. (5.) To analyze requirements during requirement analysis phase and prepare estimations
