Job Responsibilities: Data Analytics and driving the growth KPI s and product metrics.

Primary Objective to assist the Hiring manager to curate and process and produce the last final metrics for LT consumption. Key projects: Large Resource responsibility of extracting system telemetry data sets that they will then process and build an architectural structure for pipeline purposes.

Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: Implements complete data architectures, including appropriate data schemas, as well as additional components appropriate to the database design for consuming data from varied data sources. Designs, implements and maintain automated data flows for large scale enterprise data extraction, transformation and load (ETL). Optimizes data aggregations while staying compliant to data privacy policies Authors robust technical documentation, data schema and real time data telemetry specs Builds and maintains moderately complex data visualizations Communicates and coordinates with external and internal teams May be responsible for developing requirements and drafting high level design documents and selling designs to key stakeholders (1.) To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team. (2.) To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management (3.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviewsorparticipation in hiring drives. (4.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (5.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases (6.) To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
