Tech Engineer

Your role

We are looking for an Senior IT System Engineer to join our team and help us to:

evaluate, plan and integrate technical infrastructure solutions

guarantee a secure infrastructure environment as well as production stability and performance

analyse issues within applications/systems and define corrective measures

cooperate with other groups in engineering on delivery of large scale programs

maintain & improve existing deployment and build mechanisms

Your team

Security is a global organization within Group Technology Infrastructure and Security Engineering. Our services focus on identity management for users, access management for applications and infrastructure, directories, detecting/preventing measures for cyber threats, and exchanging/storing data securely. We provide consolidated and reliable security services that implement secure design principles, and create best-fit solutions.

As an expert in ISE Security and internet technologies, you'll be part of our team and working closely with the internal project team.

Our team is global, diverse and collaborative as we work across organizations to keep our technology, applications and the businesses they support secure.

Your expertise

Ideally 5 years of hands-on experience with applications in Linux environment

Good knowledge of Linux OS family

Experience with cloud technologies (Azure preferred)

Shell scripting (bash, powershell)

Python scripting

Experience with vulnerability scanning is a plus

Sound knowledge of Windows OS is a plus

Nice to have

Network knowledge

Gitlab pipelines, Azure DevOps (1.) To clearly understand the client's cybersecurity environment and respective product. (2.) To monitor, configure, and troubleshoot cybersecurity issues and related monitoring tools (3.) To analyse and validate cybersecurity incidents in-detail and help the L3 team with RCAordata or logs collection (4.) To enable knowledge transferortrainings through creationor maintenance of configuration documents, test plans, operational manuals and provide operational training to L1 team. (5.) To analyse and fine-tune cybersecurity policies, participate in cybersecurity review calls pertaining to change requests and recommendations on cybersecurity policy changes. (6.) To implement changes, monitor security device performance and implements performance tuning when necessary. (7.) To prepare analyses and reports to highlight the project progressorchallenges and ensure quality and accuracy to the client
