Title: Ansible Python Automation Engineer

Desired Experience: 4-5 Years of relevant coding experience

Preferred certifications (But not Mandatory): RedHat Ansible Automation Certification, Cisco DevNet Associate

Responsibilities:

1.Design, implement, and maintain automation solutions using Ansible and Python.

2.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand infrastructure requirements and develop effective automation workflows.

3.Create playbooks and roles for configuration management, deployment, and orchestration.

4.Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation scripts to enhance performance and reliability.

5.Work closely with DevOps teams to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.

6.Ensure security best practices are implemented in automation processes.

7.Collaborate with system architects to design scalable and efficient automation solutions.

8.Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve automation processes.

9.Document automation workflows, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

Requirements:

1.Strong proficiency in Ansible and Python scripting.

2.Solid understanding of infrastructure as code (IaC) principles.

3.Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.

4.Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) concepts.

5.Familiarity with Linux/Unix systems and shell scripting.

6.Understanding of networking and security concepts.

7.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

8.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

9.Excellent communication and documentation skills.

(1.) To validate analyses (eg. Root Cause Analysis ,Trend Analysis) and reports to facilitate performance in tasks to be presented to key business stakeholders (2.) To ensure positive customer feedback and satisfaction thorugh active participation in customer meetings to understand any issues faced (3.) To validate Change Order Implementation Plan and Human Error Compliance and participate in Capacity planning (4.) To perform value addition activities (such as mentoring administratorsorteam members, preparing SOPs, maintaining effective documentation simultaneously and Knowledge sharing.) In addition act as a liaison to the business segment, facilitating effective communication and presentation to key business stakeholders as and when required. (5.) To ensure on-time resolution and quality compliance of escalated ticketsorincident as per the agreed SLA
