Position Overview

In Partnership with Global Lifecycle Operations and Learning Lead support the design, development, management, and effective deployment of Global People Technology (Workday Human Capital Management HCM, Applicant Tracking System) learning for ongoing design requirement. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure People Technology resources are discovered and delivered.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for analyzing the global needs for People Technology by engaging with various teams and stakeholders.

  • Facilitate engaging and educational training sessions using various delivery methods and measure the effectiveness of the training.

  • Review current People Technology processes, offerings, and materials, and continuously identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Support the development, implementation, and evaluation of Workday HCM training curriculum, process flows, support materials, and employee communication.

  • Deliver Train the Trainer sessions as needed.

  • Participate in project meetings.

  • Act as a point of contact with third-party vendors (translation services).

  • Act as an Administrator for the People Technology internal resource platforms.

  • Maintain Global People Technology content on Learning Management System (Workday Learning).

  • Effectively manage change, ensuring changes are communicated transparently and facilitate smooth transitions in learning processes.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft 365 suite.

  • Experience with Articulate Suite or other Digital Learning Creation Platforms

  • Familiar with Workday Learning (or other) learning management system.

  • Experienced in developing technology learning for various audiences.

  • Skilled in instructional design, creating digital and blended learning.

  • Expertise in leading interactive remote training sessions.

  • Great communicator with sharp project management skills.

  • Cooperative, adaptable, and driven individual with a passion for excellence.

  • Strong skills in planning, organizing, and presenting.

  • Ability to handle multiple and changing priorities.

  • Able to work independently and in a team environment in a fast-paced dynamic culture.

  • Ability to form cross-functional relationships and work as a part of large and small teams.

  • Open to feedback and willing to improve the process or product.
