The Associate, Global Online Content, will manage the request, assembly and distribution of assets necessary to support the merchandising and sale of our products on all Estee Lauder websites, including brand sites and partner sites. This includes but is not limited to: product alt photography, social images, how to's, gifs and videos. These assets are assembled in a timely and organized fashion such that the business owners for Global Estee Lauder websites and global retail partner websites can access said assets and distribute accordingly. The Associate, Online Global Content, will assist with the upload and maintenance of assets to the North America (US and CA) websites. This responsibility includes the ongoing on-site merchandising of products within categories, sub-categories, feature pages, etc as well as the merchandising of multi-product page merch window features. Additionally, this position will also manage the integration and presentation of UGC through our vendor and CMS.

This position will report directly to the Executive Director, Global Ecommerce and Loyalty and will work with the online teams for brand sites and retailers. This position works closely with Creative, Production, Regional Partners, Corporate Partners and Vendor Partners.


Global Asset Management

  • Detailed understanding of the Brand's Global Launch Calendars, including market-specific launches, promotions and programs.

  • Secure necessary assets by working with the various Marketing and Consumer Engagement Teams within the Brand.

  • Maintain the rights calendar for all assets distributed.

  • Manage creative requests needed, track and distribute assets accordingly

  • Manage alt assets; cascade assets to markets with best practices for merchandising

  • Assist with management of UGC vendor to effectively integrate UGC presentation across Global sites

North America Site Merchandising & Content Management

  • Detailed understanding of the North America marketing calendars and consistent monitoring of assets for correct implementation and performance.

  • Monitor and optimize key product pages on both PC and mobile sites to ensure that assets are supporting marketing and sales goals

  • Load assets to North America (US and CA) website via .net and CMS platform.

  • Merchandise content on all sites in accordance with Brand priorities within the market, selling strategies, sellthru performance, etc. This includes

  • Ongoing performance of QA of all sites in Dev, Stage and Live environments to ensure accuracy of assets.

  • Create merchandising plans that can be executed on both and

  • Maintain multi-product page creative merch windows in accordance with Brand and selling priorities.

  • Incorporate UGC with effective templates and content


Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2 years experience related online experience with an emphasis in prestige e-commerce. College degree required.

  • Strong understanding of/interest in e-commerce and digital marketing.

  • Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task; Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and vendors simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; Strong organizational skills; Pro-active problem solving abilities.

  • Aptitude for Internet Tools (i.e. web-based reporting, databases, CMS and various multimedia technologies) and ability to learn quickly.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Must be a brand advocate and team player.

  • Highly proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), web usability and QA testing.

The Director of Online Strategy will lead annual development of the Global Online strategy, while also owning the execution of key projects that align with the division's strategic priorities. The Director will also lead content development for key senior leadership meetings. The Director will maintain an authoritative knowledge of E/M-Commerce best practices / trends and leverage this deep understanding to provide valuable insights to guide key initiatives. The Director will manage an Associate, and will report into the VP, Global Omnichannel & Online Strategy. Partner closely with key Online Brand, Region and Functional leads to gather relevant business information and ensure alignment * Serve as business lead for the execution of key projects and launches that support Online business goals.
