Associate General Counsel, Litigation

Meta seeks a sharp, strategic and highly motivated, team player to join the Litigation team. You will work cross-functionally with a wide variety of teams across the company. This role requires good judgment, a demonstrated work ethic, communication and relationship-building skills, and a demonstrated interest in learning about new technologies and areas of the law. This is a great opportunity to work on cutting edge issues in an exciting, fast-moving environment.J.D. degree (or foreign equivalent) and membership in at least one U.S. state bar 8+ years of litigation experience at a law firm, government, and/or in-house role Experience managing multiple high priority projects simultaneously Experience managing high stakes, complex litigation Demonstrated business judgment and client counseling skills Effective communication skills Experience working with technology companies Experience defending litigation with state and federal regulators Experience managing class actions Experience working with cross-functional teams, both legal and non-legal Trial and appellate experience
