Provides legal opinions in reviewing and evaluating all organization contracts including physician contracts, managed care contracts, service agreements, supply chain agreements, real estate, and construction contracts. Provides support to general counsel and senior attorneys to achieve organizational goals and strategies and support overall legal compliance.
