Associate General Counsel, Labor & Employment - Investigations

Meta is seeking an experienced attorney to join its employment law team as an Associate General Counsel, Labor & Employment - Investigations. This position is ideal for an employment attorney looking to continue specializing in internal investigations and who thrives in a collaborative, energizing environment.J.D. degree (or foreign equivalent) Active membership in at least one US state bar and eligibility to obtain registered in-house counsel status (if required by the State Bar in the assigned work location) 8+ years of legal experience as a practicing attorney, including at a law firm and/or in-house or government experience Knowledge of federal and applicable local labor and employment laws Experience both investigating and advising on investigations of employee complaints, including around harassment, discrimination, retaliation, whistleblower activity, and other integrity or policy-related concerns Demonstrate business judgment and client counseling skills Effective communication skills Familiarity with international employment issues Experience litigating employment matters Detail-oriented Hands-on worker with demonstrable experience building consensus across teams Experience leading, managing, or supervising others
