Should you be the next member of the Ultimus Fund Solutions Fund Accounting Team? Professionals at Ultimus work in a team environment and take pride in providing our clients with the highest level of personalized mutual fund accounting service. This ENTRY LEVEL position is located in our Columbus, Ohio office.

Some of the responsibilities include:

  • Calculate the daily net asset value (NAV)
  • Calculate daily cash availability
  • Receive and record security trading activity
  • Record dividends, interest and expense accruals
  • Monitor corporate action notifications
  • Record cash receipts and disbursements and reconcile daily activity with the mutual funds custodians
  • Record and reconcile daily capital stock activity
  • Process shareholder redemption payments
  • Respond to questions from the fund's investment advisor
  • Reconcile portfolio holdings with the mutual funds custodians
  • Provide unique daily, weekly, monthly and periodic reporting as required by clients, investment advisors, management, and outside reporting entities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CPA eligibility desirable
  • This is a great position for a recent college graduatewe are looking for someone who can start immediately

This position is located in our Columbus, Ohio office near the Easton area.
