Job Overview

We are currently looking for an Associate Financial Analyst (Revenue Analytics) to join our team in Holland, MI. The position will be eligible for a flexible work schedule which allows for work from home 1 or 2 days a week.

The opportunity:

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a growing Financial Analyst to support several facets of revenue analytics. Profitable growth is a top priority for our company and this role will have the opportunity to learn, engage, and contribute with the Sales and Distribution portion of the business. Learning will transpire through partnerships with Finance, Pricing Consultants, Sales Members, Dealers, and other Haworth Departments. Growth will come through supporting established analytics and reporting, as well as developing new analytics that further enables the Finance team to pro-actively partner with the business. This role will support financial planning, reporting, accounting, and business analysis geared towards key sales, product, and price metrics to achieve company objectives. This position is a member of the Business Resource Center team within the Finance department. The objective of this team is to support profitable growth through pricing activities and supporting analytics.

Do you have these required qualifications?

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.

• One year or more of related experience, with progressively expanding duties in variety of accounting areas.

• Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Ability to work in Holland, MI without relocation assistance.

Do you have these preferred qualifications?

• Strong working knowledge of excel.

Ideally, you have also demonstrated the following:

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Good organizational and collaborative skills.

• Good accounting, analysis, problem solving, and data gathering skills.

• Must be able to work under minimal supervision.

• Ability to handle multiple priorities concurrently.

• PC and keyboard/mouse skills required.
