We are currently seeking an Associate Facilities Manager to support our Maintenance Operations. The Facilities Manager
Responsible for developing and executing maintenance solutions to meet customer needs.
Executes facilities maintenance and upkeep following predefined specifications.
Lead, mentor, engage and develop teams to maximize their contributions, including recruiting, assessing, training, coaching and managing performance. Ensure maintenance services appropriately connects to the Executional Framework.
Coach employees by creating a shared understanding about what needs to be achieved and how it is to be achieved.
Reward and recognize employees.
Ensure safety and sanitation standards in operation are compliant with Aramark and client regulations.
Requires 1-2 years experience and 0-2 years in a management role
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
