External Description: ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position will work in an assembly manufacturing environment.
Analyze and evaluate manufacturing methods and standards.
Provide solution to problems that adversely affect operator safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
Develop and update process documentation and procedure instructions.
Support day to day assembly line activity. Assist in development and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment.
Support on going lean initiatives.
Identify and implement continuous improvement projects
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Pursuit of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
High level of integrity, thoroughness, flexibility, initiative and teamwork
Ability to think outside the box in order to solve crucial problems
Excellent written, oral and interpersonal English communication skills
Proof, upon hire, of unrestricted U.S. employment authorization is required now or in the future
Working knowledge of MS Office software (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
