The Associate Email Analyst will work on the execution and analysis of email marketing campaigns. This includes collaboration with cross-functional teams for content, the set up and QA of email campaigns, and weekly reporting.
The ideal candidate must be able to work under pressure with strong organization skills and attention to detail. This individual should be able to quickly learn business processes and possess analytical skills to identify opportunities to drive the email marketing business. Perform other duties as assigned.
Execute and analyze email campaigns for pre-selected families of business.
Set up email campaigns with our email vendor by consolidating and delivering assets in a timely manner
QA and approve email campaigns for preselected families of business, ensuring accuracy in creative content, links, and copy
Work with various cross-functional teams to ensure we meet deadlines with our email vendor
Coordinate with site merchandising, copy and creative teams for email content
Assist with pulling and analyzing email metrics on a daily/weekly/monthly and ad hoc basis with recommendations to drive email program
Assist with reviewing and completing briefs within the creative department's timelines
Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
1-3 years in professional environment; Marketing experience a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Skilled in fostering a collaborative work environment and building meaningful relationships.
Able to translate research findings and data analysis into actionable insights and strategies.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize next steps with diverse peer teams and meet tight deadlines.
Strong data analysis and data visualization skills.
Problem solving skills with ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
This position involves regular walking, standing, sitting, hearing, and talking.
May involve close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
Involves use of hands and fingers for typing on keyboard and using a mouse.
Ability to work on projects with cross-functional teams and align multiple priorities with different teams at a fast pace.
Knowledge/background of E-commerce, Retail, Marketing.
Comfortable with ambiguity and creating processes in complex environments to drive customer centric thinking.
