The Operations team continues to grow and aims to strengthen the connection of Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain and Environment, Health & Safety (EH&S) across Collins Aerospace. In this dynamic environment , you will have the opportunity to network across our businesses and functions, all while improving the productivity, quality and efficiency of our operations worldwide.Role Overview

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead efforts to establish standard processes and guidelines for transactional procurement across all Strategic Business Units.

  • Leads cross-discipline team focused on identifying and implementing automation and digital solutions to improve the overall cost of the transactional process.

  • Partner with Indirect Supply Chain Commodity Managers to ensure that commercial terms of central and business agreements are appropriately executed and strategically managed.

  • Supports strategy development and contract negotiations through leading informed analysis of supplier terms and proficiency in transactional procurement.

  • Leads development and execution of annual and multi-year activities in support of Collins Aerospace strategic business plans.

  • Supports strategic reviews and development of vendor master data processes to ensure alignment with Collins Aerospace procurement practices.

  • Optimizes efficiency by identifying and implementing supply chain processes, systems, tools and procurement metrics.

  • Member of leadership team coaching direct reports and broader Indirect Supply Chain team members on stakeholder engagement, Supply Chain practices and process improvement.

  • Directly leads procurement and vendor data management processes for 2 of 6 business units.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ariba experience is preferred

  • Microsoft Office experience, specifically Excel and PowerPoint

Basic Qualifications:

  • Candidates for this role should possess a Bachelor's degree and 10 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced degree and 8 years of prior relevant experience
  • 5+ years of SAP experience
