The Associate Director, Site Reliability Engineering coordinates software application testing, quality assurance, configuration, installation and support to ensure smooth, stable and timely implementation of new software and updates to installed applications. Ensures proper controls are established and maintained over test and production systems and software source code. Decisions are typically related to identifying and resolving complex technical and operational problems within department(s), and could lead multiple managers or highly specialized professional associates.
2 or more years of management experience
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Experience with relationship building with both business and technical partners
Experience handling incident outages and escalations
Experience with voice technology support and troubleshooting (Telephony, IVR, Call Recording)
Bachelor's Degree or higher in IT or Management or 6 or more years of technical experience
Six Sigma and/or Lean certification
Cloud certifications with Azure, AWS, or GCP
