Associate Director, Regional Marketing Leader For Genitourinary (Gu) Oncology

Join us as an Associate Director, Regional Marketing Leader for Genitourinary (GU) Oncology, focusing on prostate cancer and bladder cancer in the Texas Southeastern US. You will be the lead commercial person responsible for engaging a core group of National and Regional customers that are scientific leaders in these fields.

You will initiate and assist with the development and review of regional marketing programs, uncover and communicate regional marketplace insights to support brand strategy and business decision-making. This role is field-based and reports directly into the Head of Key Customer Strategy and Marketing, GU Oncology and Gynecologic Oncology Franchise. Accountabilities: As the Regional Marketing Leader, you will develop and execute a Regional Marketing and Key Customer engagement plan for the Texas Southeastern Region of the US (encompassing the states of Texas, Florida, Alabama and Georgia). You will work collaboratively with Brand Marketing, Sales, Account Director teams and Medical Affairs to engage customers regarding LYNPARZA (prostate cancer) and ENHERTU (bladder cancer) healthcare professionals managing these cancer patients.

Your role will involve direct customer engagement, regional business engagement, and strategic insights activities, including Advisory Board Meetings to inform brand strategy and decision-making. Essential Skills/Experience: Bachelors Degree; preferably in a relevant field 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry with experience in one or more of the following: managed markets, brand marketing, sales management, strategic planning Oncology Therapy Area experience strongly preferred Highly skilled in relationship building with External Scientific Experts Be available to work some evenings and weekends Overnight travel will be required Expected travel 40% -60% monthly Desirable Skills/Experience:
