Summary of This Role
Manages the development, implementation and support activities of quality control systems. Oversees development and implementation of standards, methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision, accuracy and reliability of company work products. Implements corrective actions necessary to ensure conformity with quality specifications. Ensures finished work product conforms to company standards and best practices to exceed client quality standards.
What Part Will You Play?
Manages activities of multiple, diverse teams accomplishing work in support of quality management and reporting, industry certification, postage billing, training, documentation and other assignments to meet business goals and client expectations. On call and responds appropriately to ensure support is provided to business units. Manages teams that provide support to multiple shifts and multiple locations. Some travel to other locations as necessary.
Interacts directly with clients, prospects, vendors/suppliers, regulatory agencies, auditors, other team members and stakeholders to ensure team compliance with policies, procedures and expectations; provides expert knowledge, handles complaints, resolves issues and collaborates on new ideas.
Works with the Director and stakeholders to evaluate improvement opportunities and solve complex problems. Assists in developing and documenting sound processes, problem-solving, researching and communicating findings and implementing short and long term solutions. Reviews products, processes, and systems on an ongoing basis to drive for continuous improvements.
Participates in and may facilitate monthly and quarterly reviews with division's leadership team to discuss performance, audit findings, quality, and business updates. Prepares, delivers and contributes to presentations.
Manages the work of leaders and individual contributors. Assists by recruiting, orienting, training and scheduling to provide coverage of team members for a continuous production operation. Provides coaching, counseling, and education around systems, safety, policies and procedures to team.

What Are We Looking For in This Role?
Relevant Experience or Degree in: related field of study from an accredited university is required; however, relevant experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.
Typically a minimum of 8 years
related professional experience including a minimum of 3-4 years experience in a managerial position.
Related field of study from an accredited university.
Prior TSYS, payment or technology industry experience is preferred.
