The Style Division is made up of core Cond Nast titles, Vogue, GQ, Allure, Glamour and Vanity Fair. The Post Sale Marketing team is responsible for owning the activation process to bring Beauty, Fashion and Luxury marketing programs to life. The ideal candidate has an affinity for Cond Nast brands and Beauty, Fashion, and Luxury categories. You will collaborate with the sales, digital operations, insights/research, creative, experiential, and PR teams to produce advertiser programs that include custom video, native articles, events, and social/digital first content. We're looking for a creative problem solver, who's organized, adaptable and great with client services and communication.
Plan, manage, and execute multiple sold programs across CN's portfolio of brands including content creation, event activations, influencer programs, social campaigns, print units, and more
Manage all client and agency communication while working in tandem with internal partners
Identify potential campaign and program hurdles and optimize in real time
Effectively manage program budgets, timelines, and content/talent agreements
Cultivate relationships with key clients, industry leaders, production partners, and internal teams
Monitor industry and media trends to help identify new partnership offerings
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Positive, solutions oriented attitude
Minimum of 5-7 years of digital marketing experience in publishing, advertising, and/or production with a strong background in client services.
A digital marketer with an ability to work with editorial and digital product teams to develop brand relevant marketing initiatives
An innate desire to seek out, understand and evaluate emerging technologies and then provide perspective for adoption where appropriate
Analytically and data driven with a keen creative sensibility.
Understanding of social media and digital marketing best practices. Seeks to stay abreast of digital marketing activities of other organizations and develop actionable insights.
Strong ability to assess priorities and multi-task
Adapt to fast-paced environment and take direction from multiple people
Ability to quickly learn and navigate several internal processes, procedures and content management systems
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Effective time management skills
Conversant and able to use technology and marketing platforms and tools that can measure and drive marketing programs and conversions.
Have or develop a strong working knowledge of analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Omniture, Adobe Audience Manager, Parse.ly, and similar tools.
Experience in G Suite & Adobe products
