We drive impact on Gartner's Mission Critical Priorities by leveraging state-of-the-art technology, analytics, and processes.

The Associate Director, People Analytics will be responsible for the continued rollout, adoption, enhancements, and success of our new workforce analytics platform, Visier, to the broader Gartner HR organization. This role will be focused on ensuring we deliver value and meet the needs of our stakeholders through on-demand analytics powered by Visier.

What you'll do:

  • Strategically position Visier in the greater portfolio of People Analytics and HR products

  • Develop and execute a multi-year roadmap for Visier that delivers the most value for Gartner.

  • Partner with key stakeholders to increase utilization and engagement through iterative enhancement cycles.

  • Drive change management and training as new teams are onboarded, and new functionality enabled.

  • Foster a productive relationship with the vendor to align on advanced functionality, future releases, escalations, and regular communication.

  • Partner with Engineering and IT teams to guide strategy related to day-to-day operations for Visier including access requests and customer support.

  • Lead and manage all development of platform content for targeted end user groups.

  • Create a simple, yet powerful, experience for users.

What you'll need:

  • 6+ years' experience in People Analytics and/or Consulting (internal or external)

  • Visier implementation and onboarding experienced required.

  • Visier Certified Developer certification preferred.

  • Experience working with confidential/sensitive information with a high level of integrity.

  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities

  • Strong quantitative analysis skills

  • Ability to work and build relationships cross-functionally.

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 105,600 USD - 144,900 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
