The Associate Director of Scales Support at our Hamilton Township, NJ location is responsible for managing the translations/licensing staff and day-to-day delivery of activities in support of scale development within the eForms Services group, as well as the activities of the associated vendors.
Oversight of staff to coordinate efforts to secure necessary permissions and license agreements
Administer and manage life cycle of translation/linguistic validation projects
Work with various department functions to develop a robust library of translated electronic forms and learning materials
Serve as resource/subject matter expert for internal teams with regard to linguistic validation
Oversee vendors to ensure quality implementation and strict adherence to timelines and SLAs on all projects
Develop, and track KPIs
Ultimate authority to review and approve invoices for pass through costs
Develop process improvement and SOPs that drive efficiencies to reduce project timelines and maintain or enhance quality
Implement and continuously improve quality management practices
Provide updates on project activity to the Executive team and other departments as required
Ability to travel domestic and internationally, approximately 10% of the time, including overnight stays as necessary, consistent with business needs and office location
Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in translations, licensing, or project management in a technology space; combination of two or more is preferred
Strong understanding of the translation/linguistic validation process
Demonstrated experience in managing teams of various disciplines
Demonstrated experience in managing various workstreams across multiple programs or projects
Demonstrated experience in successfully managing third-party vendors
Demonstrated ability to facilitate effective communication, cooperation, respect and teamwork
