In this hybrid role (4 days in-office, 1 day remote), you will lead high-impact projects that integrate new customer bases and enhance our operational efficiencies. The role is highly project-driven, with leadership responsibilities across various corporate and operational projects. You will have the opportunity to grow into new roles within the organization, contributing directly to our strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities: - Lead Corporate Initiatives: Manage significant projects, including onboarding 15,000 new customers and enhancing our operational cycles.

• Strategic Business Contribution: Collaborate with teams on business development and process diagnostics to identify inefficiencies.

• PMO Leadership: Support the establishment of a new PMO office and help mature our systems and governance. We are seeking a candidate with: - 5 years of experience in consulting, public accounting, or related industries.

• A strong background in public companies with exposure to SOX controls and risk management.
