Preferred Qualifications / Experience:

  • Experience as a primary HEDIS subject matter expert with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HEDIS submissions (Medicaid, Medicare and Commercial submissions to NCQA) and Medicare Star assessment.

  • Strong in SQL,SSIS, Reporting as technology. Self-driven, motivated, willingness to work on an onsite/offshore model

  • Direct and guide team of analysts which research issues and conduct root cause analysis for HEDIS measure improvement.

  • Implement processes and solutions based on data driven decision making.

  • Develop business processes and implement technology solutions to maximize HEDIS/Medicare star rates.

  • Experience in performance analysis on HEDIS accreditation and Medicare Star.

  • Oversee creation and maintenance of Medicare Star dashboard.

  • Responsible for tracking, analyzing and trending data.

  • Maintain and monitor HEDIS project plan to ensure that all deadlines are met

  • Provide use cases and technical solution approach to HEDIS/Medicare Star enterprise projects.

  • Manage data mining activities with the goal of creating supplemental databases to be used for our HEDIS audit.

  • Develop policy and procedures with the goal of maximizing HEDIS rates.

  • Experience in Medical Record Retrieval (MRR) process, IDSS, MLD.

  • Investigate and resolve systems issues relating to the certified software used during the HEDIS audit.

  • Responsible for collecting, tracking, trending HEDIS data, and the management and implementation of the HEDIS data collection software.

  • Lead and participate in projects with internal and external entities aimed at improving our HEDIS rates.

  • Recommend solutions based on data analysis to increase business efficiency and improve existing processes.

  • Experience in data mining, SQL complex queries and business intelligence strategies to determine optimal data sources for reporting of member and provider data

  • Able to participate and lead the communications with customer team, business users and MRR vendors and ensure the projects are on track to meet the timelines

  • Coach and mentor less experienced staff and assist in training of new staff.

  • Should be able to provide guidance to the internal team members and the product team with the HEDIS best practices, current trends, methods and processes

Preferred Qualifications / Experience:

  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience.

  • Minimum 2-4 years of Healthcare domain (payer or provider experience).

Required Education:

  • 4 year bachelor's degree or equivalent required

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Masters) preferred

VIEW JOBS 11/9/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-02-07T00:00 Description:This position in LM's Space Company supports the P920 Program based out of Orlando Florida and is a member of the Systems Test & Evaluation IPT consisting of Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) and Space members. Supports the Component Test Lead as the Electrical Test Lead with responsibility for Test and Evaluation activities for electrical and Electro-Mechanical components on the program. Candidate will be responsible for integration, test article assembly, Functional, Acceptance, Reliability testing, Test Reporting, Radiation Hardening and E3 tests. The candidate will currently hold, or will be required to obtain, Space's certification as a Certified Test Conductor. The candidate will be required to coordinate test activities with program personnel, suppliers, and test facilities and gather program derived test requirements. Taking the test requirements, the individual will develop test planning and author test plans and assembly and test procedures in support of the test activity. The individual will help coordinate the fabrication, procurement and assembly of test equipment. The individual will need to support selection and coordination of the integration of the required instrumentation for the test activity. In addition to the above activities, the candidate will support conduct of the tests and generate all required documentation, including test reports and verification sheets. This position will require the candidate to manage multiple activities simultaneously in different phases of coordination, design, fabrication and execution. This position also has functional leader responsibilities over a small group of ATLO (Assembly, Test and Launch Operations) Test Engineers and will assist with staffing, performance reviews and training. The candidate filling this position will be required to work autonomously with little oversight by more senior engineering staff. Travel required to various test and supplier locations, with surge travel as required to support extended tests. A current Secret clearance (or Top Secret) that has been updated within the last 5 years is a requirement. Basic Qualifications: * Bachelors degree or higher in Electrical or Aeronautical Engineering (with a focus on electronics) * Five years or more of recent experience with integration and electrical testing of hardware and systems (e.g. production, ground or flight testing, V&V (verification and validation) system; data analysis and reduction * Customer and supplier interface experience * Current Secret or Top Secret clearance with investigation in last 5 years Desired Skills: * Currently certified or have the ability to become a Space Certified Test Conductor (CTC) * Experience leading and/or managing small groups * Able to understand the entire system and the full lifecycle of the product. Able to oversee and participate in test planning, report preparation, and prepare test reports for customer; able to provide oversight of test activities at on-site labs and subcontractor facilities; ability to explain testing strategy, progress, and results to management and the customer, knowledge and experience with qualification testing * DOORS experience * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. Ability to articulate complex technical issues to subordinates, peers, management, subcontractors and customers. * Demonstrated problem solving skills including troubleshooting hardware/software * Strong interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative and team-based environment * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
