Associate Director of Admissions Role

• 50% production/50% training /leadership

• Maintain an average score of 85% on all interview/phone observations

• Maintain Green Overall and average ROC score of 2.33 or above

Responsibility to DOA:

• Assist in the hiring process

• Support daily activity as needed

• Represent the DOA role in the absence of the DOA in team and/or other meeting

Responsibility to Director of Enrollment Training and Compliance:

• Minimum of 5 observations per week to included feedback and roleplay with AR/uploaded to proper system

• Instruct parts of New Hire training as requested by DETC

• Is the main source of shadowing for new hires during 4-week training

Requirements

Bachelors Degree

4 years of Admissions Experience in Higher Education
