Associate Director Of Admissions Operations

This position reports to the Director of Admissions Operations and has responsibility for managing the day-to-day processing of domestic and international undergraduate degree and non-degree seeking applications and decisions to meet processing goals and ensure policy compliance and data quality standards. This includes supervising admissions operations staff and student employees in the processing of files for prospective students and providing general oversight of all undergraduate admission processing activities, using independent discretion and judgment to make decisions.

The Associate Director coordinates international admissions processing; researches complex materials; provides international student advising and assistance during the admissions process, ensures compliance with immigration laws and regulations; prepares immigration forms; and performs related duties. The Associate Director of Admissions must maintain a strong knowledge of Admissions across the University. Through leadership, innovation, and collaboration with other parts of the institution, this position will ensure that the work of the office is shaped by, and has the potential to shape, the goals and mission of the university as a whole.
