KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Network Operations to join our Digital Business Transformation organization. This opportunity is open to internal candidates from all KPMG US locations and external candidates interested in being based in one of the cities listed within this posting.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Network Operations activities, including the development of roadmaps, complex problem diagnosis and resolution, and project implementations

  • Partner with the IT architecture and engineering groups to help ensure alignment with business initiatives while adhering to KPMG guidelines and leading industry practices

  • Review technical requirements to ensure alignment with business requirements and projects, providing constructive input and direction for blueprint consumed by operational teams

  • Act as Lead subject matter professional for Critical Response Team (CRT), providing diagnostics and corrective actions, and engaging 3rd party vendors as necessary

  • Provide timely incident reporting to IT governance and ensure post mortems for complex incidents are conducted while creating and maintaining known errors and resolutions registry to provide statistical data pertaining to short term incidents and chronic network problem

  • Create standard boilerplates to be used on new installed devices

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of seven years of progressive experience supporting enterprise network IT infrastructure with leading and managing operational network teams

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience

  • Knowledge and experience with network Security Technologies Cisco ASA, Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco AnyConnect, IPSec VPN, Cisco CSM and ACS, BlueCoat proxies, director and Reporter, SSL/TLS, DNS, Tacacs/RADIUS, RSA, SecureID and SNMP monitoring and reporting and data center routing and switching

  • Experience with Forescout NAC, F5 load balancers, Cisco Firepower/Sourcefire IDP, Splunk, system patch management and procedures, and a general ability to analyze systems and recognize potential faults

  • US Citizenship is required

Responsibilities: * Lead a cross-functional metadata working group to guide the design and related resolution of issues around metadata ontology and set-up * Engage business to identify and define KPMG data domains, ownership and alert to business requirement changes, and data related issues and risks; Accountable for the setup, configuration, and roll out of the metadata libraries to stakeholders * Accountable for the change control process, workflow, procedure owner Implementation and support of 1st line teams * Support the integration of the metadata libraries and development of training materials including related playbooks (e.g., metadata change control); produce and maintain metadata related Data Governance documentation and artifacts * Develop stewardship dashboards and related reporting and workflows associated with the metadata tools * Create metadata library adoption and communication program (integrating the CDO communication plan) Qualifications: * Minimum eight years of experience managing Metadata Management tools and the development of ontologies (metadata naming schema) * Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university * Proven track record of successful MDM deployment and operationalization * Experience with Collibra * Metadata skillsets which include metadata management, data governance, lineage, data structures, modeling, in both a structured and unstructured data environment * US Citizenship required KPMG LLP (the U.S. member firm of KPMG International) offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
