Work with the Global Monitoring and Compliance Operations team to design and develop monitoring programs, with specific focus on the Audit Quality Performance Review Program, and evaluate potential opportunities to refine the monitoring programs. Liaise and collaborate with senior stakeholders in regional and global leadership, other global teams and with the developers during the development of the monitoring programs.

Develop and refresh content for guidance materials to drive consistency and quality of the audit monitoring programs.

Develop and maintain relationships with KPMG Member Firms and Regional representatives, and serve as a support contact for them to ensure successful completion of the audit programs.

Design visualization dashboards to communicate results from KPMG's monitoring programs to stakeholders.

Analyze global results from the monitoring programs for identification of key issues and trends. Prepare audit presentations for global risk management leadership, Steering and Risk Committees, and regulatory requests. Assist with the operation and documentation of our network controls for the System of Quality Management.

WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, and 7 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.

Must have an active U.S. CPA license.

Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience with the following: Compliance risk management; Developing audit quality monitoring activities by applying IFRS, ISA, U.S.

GAAP, or U.S. GAAS; Conducting audit quality monitoring activities; Analyzing information and evaluating results to recommend improvement opportunities in operational activities; Implementing and operating controls to ensure compliance with policies; Executing queries, and utilizing macros and formulas to synthesize data; and Designing and developing visualization dashboards to communicate results.

SALARY: $132,000 - $221,000 per year
