KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Learning & Development Project Manager to join our KPMG Business School organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct project initiation and plan activities for Advisory training courses, including deliverables, resources, infrastructure and processes, communication and budget

  • Drive project execution, track status of all project components and manage changes in collaboration with project stakeholders throughout the project life cycle

  • Supplement the Project Management Office (PMO) Leader and help manage resources, workload and processes

  • Support the PMO leader in the implementation of the PMO strategy, contributing to the department wide effectiveness, improvements and efficiency goals

  • Directly supervise a team of project managers and monitor overall utilization of resources

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of ten years of learning and development experience and a minimum of five years of project management experience; preferably from a professional services firm

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; Master's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred

  • Excellent relationship management skills and advanced communication skills with the ability to tailor to various audiences and influence outcomes

  • Proficient in Microsoft Project Clarizen or similar technology tools; Strong creative problem solving, negotiation, collaboration and critical thinking skills, including exercising professional judgment

  • Basic knowledge of adult learning principles and processes and KPMG Advisory services with exceptional project management skills; PMP is an asset

  • Ability to travel up to twenty five percent

Job Description Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center is seeking a Research Project Associate for the Pediatrics Department. As an integral member of the research team and in compliance with all regulatory, institutional, and departmental requirements, this person will perform data collection, quality control and data analysis for research projects, databases, and research protocols within MSKCC. You will: * Serve as a primary contact with an industry partner that has licensed clinical stage therapies. * Assist with high-level department projects requiring data management support. * Extract, compile, and analyze data for high-level reports. * Assist in protocol audits- reviewing and collecting regulatory documents, provide data entry assistance if needed. * Participate in special projects and task forces as determined by management. * Manage ongoing departmental projects and creates processes to ensure that goals are met. * Utilize appropriate methodologies to collect patient/human subject information for a research project, database, and/or protocol. * Generate reports to all necessary parties on the progress of the research project, database, or protocol, as needed. * Assist in managing departmental data. * Facilitate monitoring visits and assists with query resolution. * Communicate with staff at all levels (principal investigators, clinical and research support staff). * Perform regular audits to ensure that the data collected is complete and accurate and to ensure that the research project was carried out as outlined. * Ensure that all appropriate Institutional, State, and Federal regulations are followed throughout the course of a research project, database, or protocol. * Participate or coordinate on both interdepartmental and intradepartmental organization-wide research projects as requested. * Provide leadership, organizational, creative, or clerical support to research initiatives. You need: * A minimum of a High School Diploma with experience in clinical research or applicable experience. * A Bachelor's degree is preferred. * Must be able to work independently, be flexible, and meet tight deadlines. * Experience with investigator-initiated trials strongly preferred. * Experience with CRDB Experience in clinical research and/or other applicable research investigation. Relevant graduate work would be considered in lieu of minimum experience. * Microsoft applications, database knowledge a plus. * Must have a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the regulations pertaining to human subject protection (including 21 CFR and 45 CFR 46 of the United A States Code of Federal Regulations) and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
