KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Learning & Development Project Manager to join our KPMG Business School organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct project initiation and plan activities for Advisory training courses, including deliverables, resources, infrastructure and processes, communication and budget

  • Drive project execution, track status of all project components and manage changes in collaboration with project stakeholders throughout the project life cycle

  • Supplement the Project Management Office (PMO) Leader and help manage resources, workload and processes

  • Support the PMO leader in the implementation of the PMO strategy, contributing to the department wide effectiveness, improvements and efficiency goals

  • Directly supervise a team of project managers and monitor overall utilization of resources

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of ten years of learning and development experience and a minimum of five years of project management experience; preferably from a professional services firm

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; Master's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred

  • Excellent relationship management skills and advanced communication skills with the ability to tailor to various audiences and influence outcomes

  • Proficient in Microsoft Project Clarizen or similar technology tools; Strong creative problem solving, negotiation, collaboration and critical thinking skills, including exercising professional judgment

  • Basic knowledge of adult learning principles and processes and KPMG Advisory services with exceptional project management skills; PMP is an asset

  • Ability to travel up to twenty five percent

Responsibilities: * Implement an integrated National Strategic Relationship Management (SRM) strategy to increase the breadth, depth and strength of relationships across a pre-defined population of influencers and buyers * Substantially ingrain the relationship strategy and its related behaviors through ongoing advocacy and tactical implementation of initiatives * Lead an annual, five-month National relationship-building training program for internal professionals * Launch the Relationship Exchange, a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) support technology, and work with technology team to leverage and build-out firm CRM systems, tools, resources, and reporting * Necessitate a deep understanding of marketing strategy and program development to assess efficacy in achieving relationship management objectives * Drive accountability and measure progress against established objectives and optimize best-in-class relationship and contact management technology Qualifications: * Minimum ten years of progressive marketing, relationship management, or business development experience, preferably from a professional services firm or similar environment * Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field from an accredited college or university; Master's degree is preferred * Experience creating and implementing complex and strategic plans, as well as framing and collaboratively addressing complex and sometimes non-concrete business challenges * Prior involvement participating in substantial projects with large teams from project inception to implementation with advanced understanding of marketing disciplines, multiple functional areas, business strategy, and the external market and value propositions * Strong relationship, networking and communication skills in working across organizational and geographic boundaries, both in a local and national level * Ability to travel up to thirty percent KPMG LLP (the U.S. member firm of KPMG International) offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
