KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Learning & Development Project Manager to join our KPMG Business School organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct project initiation and plan activities for Advisory training courses, including deliverables, resources, infrastructure and processes, communication and budget

  • Drive project execution, track status of all project components and manage changes in collaboration with project stakeholders throughout the project life cycle

  • Supplement the Project Management Office (PMO) Leader and help manage resources, workload and processes

  • Support the PMO leader in the implementation of the PMO strategy, contributing to the department wide effectiveness, improvements and efficiency goals

  • Directly supervise a team of project managers and monitor overall utilization of resources

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of ten years of learning and development experience and a minimum of five years of project management experience; preferably from a professional services firm

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; Master's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred

  • Excellent relationship management skills and advanced communication skills with the ability to tailor to various audiences and influence outcomes

  • Proficient in Microsoft Project Clarizen or similar technology tools; Strong creative problem solving, negotiation, collaboration and critical thinking skills, including exercising professional judgment

  • Basic knowledge of adult learning principles and processes and KPMG Advisory services with exceptional project management skills; PMP is an asset

  • Ability to travel up to twenty five percent

This position is accountable for assisting with development and execution of training programs that consistently achieve a high level of competence for new and existing sales representatives. This individual will expand programs to advance the performance levels and professionalism of all field force personnel. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: ● Work in collaboration with Immunology/Neurology Sales & Marketing Teams to develop educational programs for strategic and tactical business applications ● Candidate will work closely with the Immunology/Neurology Sales and Marketing Teams to successfully implement tactics supporting the product strategic plan; They will provide input for design, development and implementation of workshops conducted at national/regional meetings as well as evaluate market research and industry trends on effective training mechanisms ● Candidate will be responsible for facilitating live and virtual training courses for new hires and existing field force personnel ● Assist the Director, Commercial Learning and Develpment with development of materials for educational use for key customers, both internal and external, with input from the Sales and Marketing Teams. These may include monthly informational updates, training workshops, and requests from RSDs for internal training purposes ● Participate in key task forces that will impact the success of all field force members as identified by the Director of Commercial Learning and Development ● Assess, recommend, and purchase courseware packages and support development of appropriate courseware tools ● Document and track all training and assess for content, compliance and instructional design integrity and adjust training as needed * This job description is intended to present the general content and requirements for the performance of this job.
