Strategy, Insights & Analytics
Strategy is where you'll help us develop plans to shape an exciting future for Mondelz International. Working with our excellent team of strategy professionals, you'll diagnose key business growth drivers, set strategic direction for the future, prioritize our growth initiatives, and partner with our business teams to implement our growth plans.

This Insights & Analytics leader is a key member of the Marketing Leadership team, responsible for driving the learning agenda and shaping strategy for all Crackers in the Mondelez US Portfolio (Ritz, Triscuit, Wheat Thins, Good Thins, Premium, and so many other iconic brands).
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure that strategies and plans are based on sound consumer/ market understanding
Anticipate business and insights needs
Understand the big picture but also the nuances of the business and the research
Able to cut through data clutter & deliver unique insights (versed in primary & secondary research)
Identify new and innovative custom research techniques to help identify emerging consumer trends
Develop relationships with agencies to perfect the research tools in place and/or create new ones that will bring more foresight to the organization
Story telling: Integrate data from multiple sources (primary, secondary, & syndicated) to drive foresight & strategy
Develop direct reports to flourish as business leaders
Passion for strategy, innovation, advertising, measurement, and all things business.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Business, Mathematics, Sociology, Anthropology)
8 years of Insights and/or Analytics experience. Preferably with Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG)
Experience across a broad range of market research and analytical techniques such as:
Shopper based market structures
Brand health trackers
Advertising and campaign measurement - digital measurement experience highly desired
Product and concept testing
Copy development, pre-testing, and tracking
Data/ insights mining with syndicated tools (nielsen/ iri, pos and household panel) (preferred)
Strong analytical skills and a solid grounding in translating data into actionable insights
Analytics experience is highly desirable
Strong project management skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Open minded, flexible, autonomous, and capable of leading cross-functional discussions.
