To provide consultative leadership on business challenges and associated people and organizational implications. Influence and lead human capital planning, change management, organizational consulting & design, and diversity, inclusion & engagement initiatives while utilizing business process principles. Productively challenge the status quo and voice innovative observations, questions and ideas.

The Associate Director operates independently in most situations in support of a Senior level client with less complex/more homogeneous function/organization.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the business leaders to drive strategic human resources initiatives that support business goals.

  • Execute Talent Management Process including workforce planning and strategic human capital planning, succession planning and development planning within client group. Drive business leaders to focus on increasing top talent and differentiate development of employees.

  • Function as an internal consultant to leaders in achieving business goals. Advise and guide management on organizational effectiveness, especially the alignment of processes, systems and people.

  • Lead change by partnering with business leaders on planning, implementing and communicating necessary changes and involving employees.

  • Drive performance consulting; including ensuring expectations align with business strategy, aligning and differentiating ratings and compensation across the client group.

  • Partner with business leader to create & execute Diversity, Inclusion & Engagement strategy. Champions the culture.

  • Provide leadership for talent acquisition within client group. Establish strategy and select for Strategic Wealth Creating/Critical positions and ensure diverse representation in candidate pools.

  • Manage other HR functions as required: liaise with centralized Employee Relations department, support OD learning strategy within client group, partner with Compensation Management on new approaches, etc.

  • Ability to travel up to 25%

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR Management or similar discipline required. Masters degree strongly preferred. SPHR a plus.

  • 6 years Human Resources generalist experience required. .

  • Demonstrated change leadership, internal consulting, organization and talent assessment and development skills

  • Demonstrated ability to influence, communicate & build relationships at all levels, and to link business objectives with HR activities. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.

  • Demonstrated analytical and creative problem-solving skills. Committed to continuous improvement.

Eligibility Requirements:

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.

Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required)

Must be 18 years of age or older

Our competitive compensation and benefit programs reflect Boehringer Ingelheim's high regard for our employees Duties & Responsibilities: * Develop, implement and manage brand plan tactics (HCP/POA sales aids and tools, etc.) to support the brand strategy, in collaboration with other brand team members and external agencies/vendors. Begin to develop some strategies for the brand plan as well. * Manage risk associated with marketing programs and material by working within the MLR review process. * Assist in the development, management and monitoring of product forecasts and brand expense budget. * Monitor, analyze and interpret latest trends in the market, competition and product performance; communicate insights and recommendations to team members. * Coordinate activities with internal and external partners/vendors to support and ensure the effective implementation of marketing plans/tactics. Lead cross-functional teams or projects; shares expertise through mentoring of others. * Interact with all levels of the Sales Force to ensure effective communication and a team approach to implementation of tactics. * Provide input to market research on study design and interpret findings to refine product marketing direction. * Develop and work with KOLs to validate and optimize brand strategies and tactics. * Support annual business planning process as per schedule.
