Associate Director, HCP Marketing - Copd

This is a hybrid role that requires the colleague to work on-site in Sleepy Hollow, NY 3 days per week. Remote work is not an option for this position.

This job cannot be based in Basking Ridge, NJ. The Associate Director, Respiratory Marketing will contribute to the financial success of the brand and will report to the Senior Director, Respiratory Marketing- COPD Lead. The candidate will assist with the development and implementation of strategic and tactical plans including lead HCP marketing efforts for the launch of COPD.

In a typical day: You will review and understand US COPD market, drivers, barriers, and competitive positioning Participate in Launch Readiness and Execution Implement the strategy and tactical plan for the pre-launch, launch, and post launch periods as appropriate for new indications Develop of HCP in- office promotional resources for COPD Develop HCP Digital MCM content and partner with Digital lead for tactical execution for COPD. Participate in relevant scientific congresses and conferences to stay up to date with relevant literature.

Provide input for market research activities with the Market Research Team Track marketing spend to ensure project timelines and expenses are kept on scope and budget. Understand customer segmentation and execute on brand strategies. Work with marketing & sales management, training, legal, regulatory, medical, market access and market research to ensure appropriate understanding and implementation of the brand strategy Partner with sales leadership to gather relevant feedback and competitive intelligence.

Manage advertising agency partner and other vendors to ensure execution towards objectives. Partner across functions and therapeutic areas to enhance the brand's overall value proposition.

Experience managing an advertising agency and related budgets. Ability to manage given budgets according to the brand plan. To be considered for this opportunity you must have a Bachelor's Degree; MBA a plus. 10 years of "progressive" pharmaceutical industry with at least 5 years of pharmaceutical/ biotech marketing, product management.

Respiratory/ Immunology experience preferred. Launch experiences a plus. Prior pharmaceutical sales experience a plus.

Self-injectable biologics experience a plus. Earlier work within a co-promote or Alliance is a plus. Earlier experience on a multi-indication brand is a plus.
